Isolate Switch / Fuse Group

Isolate Switch / Fuse Group - Low Voltage Electric Components

Introduction: Isolate Switch / Fuse Group
MGR Series Isolate Switch Fuse Group (hereinafter refer to the switch) is a multi-electrode, manual operation switch. It adopts glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin shell and has high dielectric properties, protection and reliable operational safety.
The operation mechanism adopts the acceleration mechanism of spring energy storage and instantaneous release. It can instantaneously access and break multi-point contact and has nothing to do with the speed of the operation handle, which greatly improves the electrical and mechanical performances.
Isolate switch and fuse group can guarantee accessing and breaking the load circuit and has reliable safety protection against overload current and short circuit.
Clearly to see the breaking state.
Strong heat-proof and humid-proof capabilities.
The switch is of pleasing appearance. It is novel, simple, small and functional. It is the best option among similar products.
Function of Isolate Switch / Fuse Group [Low Voltage Electric Components]
MGR Series Isolate Switch Fuse Group is mainly used in AC 50Hz 660V rated voltage 440V DC rated voltage and 630A rated current. It applies to infrequent accessing and breaking the circuit.
Standards: Isolate Switch / Fuse Group

Product Features of Isolate Switch / Fuse Group [Low Voltage Electric Components]
1 The instantaneously released acceleration mechanism of spring energy storage realizes rapid access and breaking (13.8m/s) which has nothing to do with the speed of the handle and greatly enhances arc-extinguishing ability.
2 Glass Fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin shell has high dielectric properties and reliable operational safety.
3 Paralleled multi-breakpoint contacts have self-cleaning effect.
4 It can guarantee accessing and breaking the load circuit and has reliable safety protection against overload current and short circuit.
5 It is much safer, rapid and convenient to replace the fuse.
Working & Environmental Conditions - Isolate Switch / Fuse Group
MGR Isolate Switch Fuse Group can be in normal operation under the following conditions:
1. Altitude less than 2000m
2. environmental temperature lower than 40°C and higher than -5°C. Relative humidity is less than 95%.
3. medium environment:no explosion danger.
4. No heavy rain or storm.
Note: if it is used at the temperature higher than +40°C or lower than -5°C~-45°C, users should report to the manufacturer. MGR-160~400A/I Isolate Switch Fuse Group MGR-I type is of module structure design.
It can guarantee accessing and breaking the load circuit and has reliable safety protection against overload current and short circuit.
Clear breaking state.
Two electrodes, three electrodes and four electrodes (three electrodes can access or break neutral electrode) there are altogether 63A-400A ten specifications in terms of the fuse.
