Introduction - ZBM Electrical Substation [Electrical Switch]1. ZBM Electrical Substation (refers to the substation) is a compact set device combined by high voltage equipment, power distribution transformer, low voltage Switchgear , electrical energy measure equipment and inactive compensation device according to certain wiring programme in one or several box. It is applied to 10/0.4KV rated voltage three-phase AC power distribution system for receiving and distributing power. It is widely used in factories, mines, oil fields, ports, airports, city public construction, residential buildings, super highways and underground facilities.
2. ZBM Electrical Substation has such technical advantages as: high series set, small volume, pleasing appearance, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, ample options. In terms of economy, it occupies little space, moves conveniently, deepens into the load center and has short construction cycle as well as reducing waste, etc, such advantages. The switch box can meet GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 Standards and has “five preventions” function: preventing misuse of the circuit breaker, preventing charged pushing handcart, preventing charged closing ground switch, preventing electric transmission of the ground switch and preventing entering the charged separated room.
3. Structure Features :there are two kinds of composition means of the box. One is skeleton welded type (Chinese character“目” arrangement)and the other is non-skeleton assembled type (Chinese character “品” arrangement).The former is to weld the skeleton with molding steel and then pull the rivets or weld the panel to create a wide high voltage chamber facilitating the realization of ring network or double wired power supply programmes. The latter is to give the steel board surface treatment after being bent and then connect them with bolts. Its feature is expanding the low voltage wire outlet unit which can place six low voltage boxes and has 8-12 circuit wire outlets. The operation corridor and duty room can be provided according to the user’s requirements. The layout plans please refers to Diagram Three.
4. Good ventilation and heat insulation measures. Both upper and lower box are the two-tier structure which can realize ventilation. The box roof has a dissection of heat insulation materials with automatic ventilator. The side door and the upper part have page windows which can guarantee that in the high-temperature season transformer can operate safely with full load.
5. The operation is safe and reliable. The high voltage side of the substation adopts HXGN-10 ring network switch device (with FN-12 load switch) produced by our company or other high voltage ring network boxes. It has complete five prevention interlock function. The frame of the door adopts good water-proof structure and is convenient to operate or repair. There are automatic lighting equipments in each room: track and small cart are in the transformer room which facilitates the installation, maintenance, replacement of the transformer. Both the low and high voltage rooms are frontage maintenance.
6. Pleasing appearance and endurance. The shell of the box adoptshigh-performance marine rich-zinc epoxy anti-corrosion mortar which has anti-corrosion properties. The surface color can be arbitrarily changed with the environment. Installation beams of the electrical appliances are galvanized with a dedicated anti-lock antirust definitive lock.

- Before the installation, please lay the foundation and assure its quality.
- After that, please press the anchor bolt closely and install the input and output wires. After comprehensive inspection, it can transmit the electricity.
- If you want to replace the high voltage fuse, please cut off the load switch and then open the door and repair.
- The power should be cut off in inspection and then operate in accordance with the rules.
