Introduction - SIVACON 8PT-4000 Low Voltage switchgear
- SIVACON 8PT-4000 is a new Low Voltage switchgear designed by Siemens. It uses circuit breaker technology, fixed installation technology and inserted fuse technology. SIVACON 8PT-4000 Switchgear is promoting to the world, which can be applied to various capacity levels within the maximum rated current 4000A. It can adopt fixed installation design  as well as insertion design.
- Low Voltage switchgear has passed model test (TTA)
- Horizontal busbar is unifiedly arranged on the top of the Switchgear
- 3 and 4 poles horizontal busbar system –rated current can reach 4000A
- Rated peak value current tolerance Ipk can reach 250kA
- Large depth of the components separation room suits for various installations.
- Components separation room can be divided into different units according to the modular structure.
- The Switchgear can be single-side installed and back-to-back installed.
- The input wire can be up or down. - Output cable can be connected with the front or back of the box.
Features of SIVACON 8PT-4000 Low Voltage switchgear
There are holes of 25mm modulus on the skeleton which can be expanded for various usages.
The gate is mechanical and flexible which can satisfy various needs.
The open angle of the gate can be 180 degree.
The screw handle spring lock can reliably prevent the gate from bouncing backward caused by negligence or accident.
Pressure relief equipment is assembled on the top of the box.
Both skeleton and shell are made of steel board or imported aluminum-zinc plate. Their thicknesses are respectively: 2.5mm and 2.0mm.

This Low Voltage switchgear can simply realize the modification and expansion needed for adapting to the working conditions.
Can be arbitrarily put into the circuit breaker or fuse isolation switches.
Cable feedback loop in the distribution screen is in free combination.
Electrical appliances supporter can be adjusted at will so as to reach unified frontage look.
Cable feedback loop can take or not take ampere meter.
It adopts standard modular fTTAl which has passed model test to improve security.
It adopts modular structure which enables free combination of the cable feedback loop.
The use of side vertical distribution busbar enables rapid modification.
If the Switchgear is not charged or disconnected, the replacement of cable feedback loop can be operated without any problem.
Box structure/ dimension
This Low Voltage switchgear adopts Switchgear (TTAl which has passed model test to improve security.
There are test and separation positions when the gate is closed.
Circuit breaker is installed in the separated isolation room. Each isolation room has independent gate.
The screw handle spring lock can reliably prevent the gate from bouncing backward caused by negligence or accident.
Note: Pressure relief equipment is assembled on the top of the box.


Box design - Low Voltage switchgear
Horizontal busbar is unifiedly arranged above the Switchgear.
Components can be put into the component isolation rooms arbitrarily and has nothing with the horizontal busbar system and the depth of the Switchgear.
Functional isolation rooms can be divided according to the order (conforms to lEC60439—1 stipulation from form 1 to form 4)
