Introduction - KYN□-40.5(Z) Armored Withdraw-type AC Metal Closed Switchgear   
KYN□ -40.5(Z)Armored Withdraw-type AC Metal Closed Switchgear applied to three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kV power system. It is mainly used in power transformation and distribution of power plant, transformer substation, mining enterprises, railway transportation and high-rise building as the receiver and distributor of the power. It also used in the control, protection and monitoring of the circuit which meets the  standards like IEC60298, GB3906, DL-T404, etc. and has “five- defenses” function. KYN□ -40.5(Z)Armored Withdraw-type AC Metal Closed Switchgear (hereinafter refers to the Switchgear) is an indoor power distribution equipment of three-phase AC 50H and 40.5kV rated voltage. It is mainly used in power transformation and distribution of power plant, transformer substation and mining enterprises as the receiver and distributor of the power to protect, control and monitor the circuit. It can be applied in many other places. This Switchgear meets the standard of GB/T11022, GB3906and DL/T404.

Work and Environment Conditions - High Voltage switchgear
- The maximum temperature is below +40°C and the minimum temperature is above -10°C. The average temperature in 24 hours is below +35°C.
- The height should below 2000 meters above sea level.
- Relative temperature: daily average value should below 95%, monthly average value should below 90%.
- Intensity of earthquake: Not exceed 8 degree.
- Steam pressure: daily average value should below 2.2KPa; monthly average value should below 1.8KPa. No fire or explosion hazards.
- Dangerous, seriously polluted, chemical corrosion and fiercely vibrate places are excluded.
Structure Features - High Voltage switchgear
- The structure of the Switchgear is composed by the cabinet and handcart two parts.
- Inside the cabinet there are new full-insulation vacuum circuit breakers, imported SF6 circuit breakers and VD4 Series vacuum circuit breakers of ABB Company. The cabinet body adopts assembly structure which enhances the assembly precision of handcart and the cabinet body. It has a beautiful outlook and can be produced, assembled and delivered rapidly. The cabinet body is made of the imported aluminum -zinc curved plate and assembled with the bolt.
- Typical programmes can be divided into four parts on functional characteristics: relay meter room, handcart room, cable room and Busbar room. Each part is separated by a ground metal board so it can prevent the electric arc from extension. Thus, the potential breakdowns can be restricted in a small scope. Except relay meter room, other rooms have independent decompression channel. If a certain part is replacing a component or repairing, we just need to cut the power off of the broken component not the whole cabinet and the maintenance person can enter the room safely. The protection rank of its shell is IP3X and between each separate room is lP2X.
