GGD AC Low Voltage Power Distribution Board [Power Control System]

1. GGD AC Low Voltage Power Distribution Board is assembled by the combination of boxes. Its frame is partially welded by the 8MF cold-formed steel and the parts of the frame are offered by the designated manufacturer so as to guarantee the accuracy and quality. The general box spare parts are designed according to the module principles, and have 20mm modulus installation holes, which can be used widely and enable the factory to realize the pre- production. It greatly shortened manufacturing cycle and enhanced work efficiency.
2. GGD AC Low Voltage Power Distribution Board - According to the modern industry product modeling design requirements and the 0.618 ratio method, we design the cabinet body contour and the division size of each part, which makes the entire cabinet artistic and takes on an entirely new look.
3. There are different quantities of heat releasing holes in the top and bottom of the cabinet. When the electric components in the cabinet are heated, the hot air will released through the upper slot holes. Meanwhile, cool air is supplemented continuously from the bottom slot holes. Thus, the sealed cabinet becomes a natural ventilation channel to discharge the heat.
4. The cabinet door adopts rotary moveable hinge which is connected with the frame. It is easy to install and remove. There is a rubber at the fold of the door. If the door closes, there is a certain distance for compression to prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet. Therefore, the protection rank is improved.
5. The lid of the cabinet is removable when necessary, which facilitates the assembly and adjustment of the main generatrix. There are four rings at the cabinet top corners which are for hoisting and shipping.
6. The protection rank is IP30. Users can select between IP20~IP40 according to the using conditions
7. The meter gate loaded with electrical switch is connected with the frame by multi-stocks of soft copper wire. The installation parts and the frame are connected by the knurling screws to rectify the cabinet order and make it a complete grounded protection circuit.
8. The cabinet is painted with orange baked polyester. It is feasible to have plastic powders processed first. Both can guarantee strong adhesion and smooth texture. The whole cabinet presents matt shade avoiding the blind effect and creating a comfortable visual environment for the worker.

GGD Power Distribution Board is a low-voltage Power Distribution Board which cannot be installed on the wall and must be operated from one side (the front) and allows double-door maintenance. Only qualified specialists can enter the maintenance access and the cabinet door or start the equipment to operate, inspect and repair. 
Air circuit breaker—after several times of open and close, the main contact would be partially burnt and produces carbon materials which would increase the contact resistance. Thus, regular maintenance and repair in accordance with the manual are needed.
