(1) Altitude less than 2000m
(2) Surrounding air temperature is lower than +40°C
Average temperature in 24h is lower than +35°C
Surrounding air temperature is above -5°C
(3) Atmospheric conditions: clan air, relative humidity lower than 50% at +40°C, higher relative humidity is allowed if the temperature is low. ( Eg: 90% at +20°C )
(4) No fire, explosion hazard. Seriously polluted, chemical corrosion and fierce vibration places are excluded.
(5) The vertical angle is smaller than 5
(6) This product can be stored in transportation at -25°C~+55°C; In a short period of time (no more than 24 h) does not exceed +70 °C.

3. Structure Features - GCK Low Voltage switchgear
This series product is of portfolio allocation structure. All structural components of the box are fastened and connected through a screw. Then add doors, baffle, shelves, drawers, mounting bracket, as well as such spare parts as busbar and electrical switch and assemble them into a complete Switchgear.
4. Characteristics of GCK Low Voltage switchgear [GCK]
(1) Using steel-frame, three-dimensional positioning angle plate, bolt connection without welded structure so as to avoid welding deformation and stress to improve the accuracy of the installation.
(2) The box frame and spare parts’ installation holes differ with the modulus E=20mm.
(3) Inner structural components are galvanized. Exterior has undergone pickling, phosphate treatment and electrostatic epoxy powder coating.
(4) In the PC wire access box, the top is horizontal busbar district, below which is circuit breaker room. The circuit breaker adopts domestic products as DW15C, ME series as well as products of foreign electrical companies. Eg: F series circuit breakers and intelligence circuit breakers produced by ABB Company.
